Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy - Bone Throwing Divination At Gogo’s Corner, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide the best service possible while respecting both your time and ours, we have established the following rescheduling and cancellation policy. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session without any additional fees, as long as you give notice at least 36 hours in advance. To reschedule, you MUST CALL OR TEXT Gogo directly at 630-697-4554. No exceptions will be made to this requirement. If you are feeling unwell, please reach out to reschedule. Your well-being is important to us, and we are happy to accommodate. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for lack of communication on the part of the client. It is your responsibility to inform Gogo if you need to cancel or reschedule. Extreme Emergencies: Full refunds will only be given in cases of extreme emergencies, such as: Emergency room visits Death in the family Other critical, unforeseen circumstances Communication is Key: Failure to call or text Gogo at 630-697-4554 to reschedule or cancel will result in no refund. Email or social media messages are not accepted for rescheduling or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
